nearly everything - The guest comments and the rating led me to expect much less than what the room actually was. Room was neat and clean. Single rooms are small but fine. Good location, Good value for money. Breakfast is a coffee and a croissant, if you know and accept that it is fine.

Has 24 hr. Reception so it helped us because we arrived late at night.

Isa was incredibly accommodating and helpful. As soon as we arrived we felt at home.
Originally I had booked us the smaller room with a separate bathroom however half way through she upgraded us to a huge lovely en suite room which was a nice surprise.

Isabella was wonderful! Upon check in she gave us big bottles of cold water and green grapes. Breakfast was very good with hot croissants, hard boiled eggs, bananas, coffee, juice, yogurt.Internet was available and the elevator was easy access. It was in a neighborhood that was good to explore and we walked to the Coliseum. The rooms were big and very neat and comfortable.

My favourite thing about Amalfi by far was the absolutely lovely and wonderful lady who runs the breakfast buffet. She obviously takes so much pride in her work and is so friendly, bubbly and full of energy every morning. She goes to extra lengths to make everyone feel welcome and appreciated and gives a veritable tour of the buffet when the guests come in! What a lovely lady, thank you so much.

Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Hotel was able arrange an extra nights
stay after we missed our flight at short notice. Room was good size for
3 adults. The Hotel was close to the central station and easy to find,
even with the hotel that close it was not affected by any noise. There
are plenty of restaurants and fast food outlets adjacent to the hotel
offering a varied choice and at good prices. Will stay there again.
