  We stayed in the one bedroom suites with one double bed and a bunk bed. We booked the room just before we took the night train from Venice to Rome so I was not possible to check email at night.   The hotel is located in Chinatown, near the railway / train station Termini. The hotel occupies the first two floors in an apartment building. The reception and dining room are on the 2nd floor, and we lived on the first floor. There is a lift. Furniture and bathroom in the room is in good condition.   We stayed in this hotel with my wife for three nights. It's somewhat further from the center and good 15-minute walk from the metro but we enjoy walking and didn't find this annoying. The hotel deserves its three stars, we loved being there. Rooms are ok size, spacious bathrooms. In the area nearby we found the places to eat out without problems and for quite affordable - I 've known the hotel for the last 10 years. This is an old classical furnished hotel but well maintain. Breakfast improved in quality and variety but the fruit juice. The internet access too. I like the garden with free parking access. Good location with a car as few minutes away from the center and easy to exit from the Tuscolana (Naples, Ciampino) or Marco Polo (eur, Pomezia, Fiumicino). Price can be very competive and attractive

But you get coffee and tea if you like in the rooms. Location is near station Termini. We had to leave town in 4:30 A.M. So it was quit and safe street to get to station.

  Lovely hotel...GREAT Location, Staff and Value!!! This hotel is evenbetter than other 4 star hotels in Rome! Simply the greatest valuefor money! - The hotel staff were extremely helpful and nice and the rooms were large, clean, with good furniture and were very comfortable.
