  The location is very good, only 5 minutes walking from Manzini metro station (which is only 2 stations from Termini), and about 10-15 minutes the Colosseum, and the Forum on foot, or the tram no.3. The crew was very friendly (some of them were not too strong in english, but they were very helpful), the rooms are not big but very clean and comforta... what people say » ble with nice little terraces on the ground floor (and I think on the upper floors too). It was perfect to sit down on the terrace drinking a bottle o - The location (just 2 stops from Termini using the subway) offers a great starting point for many trips around Rome! Staff is super friendly! Breakfasts were delicious (don't expect loads of stuff, but rather some freshly baked croissants and other pastry, milk products and salami, fruits, eggs, muesli, etc.).   Very nice, clean and frendly place. Great location Termini station is 10 min walk distance, the Metro station was 3 min walking. Coliseum is 15 min walk. Daniele, was very helpful and nice. When he tells you what is good to do in and around the area, you should listen. The location is near the metro, so getting around isn't really a problem. The rooms are kept nice, they're clean and tidy.

  The staff is very nice; the room bright, clean, comfortable and modern. There is a big balcony and a big tv in the common room. Breakfast was good with fresh croissants every morning, yogurth, coffee and juice. The owner will give you a map and a lot of advices about where to go, what to see and where to eat (typical Roman dishes, at a very cheap ... what people say » price!). The area around is full of shops and a supermarket (CONAD) is very close if you need some drinks or fruits or sandwiches to carry around the - I definitely adored staying here! It wasn't like staying in a typical hotel, it seemed like visiting old friends' apartment! Everything is supercosy! The rooms are clean and well-equipped, very nice bathroom. Furniture is new. They have a wonderful terrace where simple but superdelicious breakfast is served. I suppose it's the best place for people who visit the city for the first time.
