  We liked the location being close to the Vatican, close to the bus, metro and taxi stations. The staff is very cordial, professional and helpful. The accommodations are clean and comfortable. The roof garden terrace is great for breakfast, aperitifs, with a view which is unique in Rome. There are lemon trees, olive trees, kumquat trees, lavende... what people say » r bushes, Bougainville bushes, and other lovely flowers. We strangely recommend the hotel as world travelers. - I found the staff of the well positioned hotel to be its greatest asset, they went out of their way to ensure that everything I did in Rome was perfect. They were great in their recommendations and everyone I had dealings with were incredibly knowledgable on Rome. I highly recommend it and would stay there again next time in Rome.

  They went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. Loved the room and the fact that there was an accessible laptop for guests and a phone in our room. We had a glitch with our cell service and did not have access to our own phone on the trip so this was very helpful. Room was great! Clean, homey, attractively decorated, comfortabl... Our host, when hearing that we would not be available when he normally brought guests breakfast, brought us breakfast groce - It is hard to evaluate this place, as there were a few problems with our stay. We arrived early and left our bags, but were only able to do that because the cleaning lady was there. When we returned after a long day, the manager did not answer knocking on his door. I walked over 4 blocks to find someone who would help me call him -- he answered the phone call and my rescuer worked out getting me in.   Our stay at the Annette B&B was a pleasure. It is located in the quiet Vaticano Prati neighborhood, which is an easy walk from the main tourist sites in Rome.
