  Never met more friendly and helpful staff anywhere like the ones in this hotel. They really made everything so perfect. Everything was very comfortable in this hotel. - Everything about the hotel was superb - location, staff, decor, food.   Hotel Cavour proved to be the perfect choice for our honeymoon. I decided on it after weeks of online searching and studying of comments made by guests and we were both thrilled with how it came out to be. It is one of the very few hotels where what you find when you get there is all that the site describes and even better. It seems that it used to be an apartment before so it is a bit hard to find but at the same time gives really interesting experience of an "inside".   The location couldn't be better. They helped book everything for the fast lines since we only had a short time in Florence. The room was a suite which they upgraded us on our arrival without asking. It gave a palace feel with the architecture and furnishings and we were made to feel like royalty when we were there. With or without kids it would be amazing, and yes there is a - Our original accommodations were not available for the five of us, so they put three of us in the junior suite which was UNBELIEVABLY beautiful! We all felt like we got to sleep in a palace room for the night. Just an amazing night. What a pleasure! The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and very accommodating. Wouldn't have changed a thing!
