Hotel Cavour proved to be the perfect choice for our honeymoon. I decided on it after weeks of online searching and studying of comments made by guests and we were both thrilled with how it came out to be. It is one of the very few hotels where what you find when you get there is all that the site describes and even better. Everything was great but especially worth mentioning are: location, breakfast, decoration, mini spa, roofgarden and service. The honeymoon offer has great value for money.

Every one of the several staff members there was terrifically helpful--from arranging for private car tours to recommending restaurants. Our stay in Florence was greatly enhanced by the well qualified and very kind staff.This is a great new hotel at a perfect Florence location. I really liked the design of the rooms. It is very clean and comfortable. By far the best hotel we said in on this trip. And the price was great - 110 euro per night (in the room it's posted that they typically charge 700 per night). We loved the pizza restaurant next dorr (The Yellow Bar) whose grandmother was the pasta chef. Delicious and very affordable. Mostlly Italians here. The hotel staff were very helpful. Loved the coffee and tea bar in the room. Excellent views on the top of the hotel.The location is fantastic, the breakfast as we expected and the coffee perfect. Also the rooms had everything and were nicely painted and decorated. The reception staff were either useless and disinterested, one young girl or very good in the case of Angela. water pressure in the shower was poor.
