  Hotel staff was kind enough to provide me with useful info of great restraunts. I did actually went to the one they recommended, called 'ZaZa', a casual italian cuisine. I arrived there just before 7PM, and the placed was packed with the locals by the time I was leaving, which is always a good sign. - The hotel clerk was very helpful in pointing ou... what people say » t places to visit in Florence. I was also able to leave my luggage at the hotel after checking out so I could tour parts of the city before leaving on the train later in the afternoon.

  Location - close to main attractions of Florence. Very friendly staff. All needed facilities. Big room. Make sure you notify the staff about parking reservation if you travel by car! Florence centre is very complicated for driving and doesn't have free parking places for non-residents.
