  Location was fabulous and they made me feel like I was home. Very comfortable and friendly. - as already said by others, the location is excellent. and in no particular order: The bed was very comfortable; the staff was welcoming and helpful; coffee was tasty; and even the weather cooperated. we'd stay at Eva's again any time.

  The room was small (Europe Standard), but the staff more than made up for it. We were in Rome for the 08 Marathon and planned to check out on the same day. The Marathon had us running until 3pm, but the check-out was at 10am.   This hotel is close to everything worth seeing in Rome, the furthest attraction was the Vatican, which was only half an hours walk, the Colosseum was three minutes away walking, the Trevi Fountain was 10 minutes away if even. The staff were lovely in the hotel, and even offered to mind our baggage on the last day until our flight so we were free t... what people say » o relax. The room was beautiful and was cleaned every day. - The location of the hotel is ideal and very close to most of the main sites. The staff were friendly and helpful. We saw some negative reports on the hotel before we went but these are completely unfounded imo. I would stay here again. Thankyou to the hotel staff, we had a great time and Rome is beautiful!

An oasis of privacy after battling the tourist hoards - The location was excellent!! Stay here for easy walking to all of the sites and the metro station at the Spanish Steps and Barberini. We had a little balcony which was lovely and a perfect place to eat breakfast. The staff were very helpful. The place and our room was kept quite clean. We had no problem with street noise or noise from guests.
