this is a very good hotel with a great location and friendly staff...alessandro, veronika, and emanuele at the bar - great cocktail! expect quirks because this is a new hotel and some work still needs to be done; on my first day, there were guys carry fixtures in and out, dudes working on elevator.
the bed was very comfortable and pillows very cozy.

Our first taste of Europe 14th June 2013 before our tour started 17June was staying at this Hotel , what a wonderful start to our holiday the staff amazing hotel beautiful location fabulous . The staff were very helpful, polite and courteous. They had a lot of local knowledge which was very helpful. The breakfast provided had the most variety I have ever seen served at a hotel. And they were all very tasty and of a high standard.

The hotel is close to the Termini station, so it was easy to get to when coming from the airport. I was also pleasantly surprised that we got to stay in a suite. Everyone was very nice and everyone spoke English. They also had a great breakfast spread. This was the nicest of the three hotels I stayed in while visiting Rome.
