  The location is perfect, only 3 minutes to the underground, buses in front of the hotel, 12 minutes on foot to Termini,within walking distance to many attractions, very good breakfast - The staff are really really friendly. Large, clean and comfortable rooms. Located 3 blocks from the subway and also near to the termini. Good Value!

  B&B situated near the railway station Termini and quite close to the center so you almost don’t face the negative aspects of main station nearness. It was a bit difficult to find the hotel especially in the evening as there is no any sign on the door neither on the building, you can only find it on the nameboard with doorbells. Sani - We had a fantastic 3 night stay at Enjoy B&B. The location is excellent just 5 minutes walk from both the Termini Rail and Bus Stations. All the major sites of Rome are easily accessible. The accommodation was spotless and Dante was most helpful and welcoming. Once inside there was a calm atmosphere and the air conditioning was most welcome. I would recommend this establishment to anybody wishing to stay in Central Rome.

The owner is super kind, I spent over 20 days travel around Europe with heavy baggage, only this guy came out and help my wife to bring the luggage upstairs. He did the samething to offer his help to bring down all our luggag - Right from the moment of the initial, the team at Matisse couldnt have been more helpful and professional. Roberto, the owner, was charming. The relaxed atmosphere was welcome after a long day travelling. His restaurant recommendation was perfect. Although they were fully booked on our last pass thru Rome, the staff once again went above and beyond by helping us find alternate accommations in their neighbourhood.   Me and my bf stayed for 3 days/2 nights from 9-11 march 2013. The place is within walking distance of termini, but in a good area. The room we got was big, clean and nice with a small balcony. The bathroom very clean with toileteries and hair dryer, which was essential as we got under the rain and came soaking wet. There is a seif and small frige.... what people say » Breakfast was very decent. Kept us full till 1-2. Situated 10 min walking distance to Colloseo and piazza venezia. Within 30 min walking to piazza na - Myself and my boyfriend stayed at b&b rosmini for 4 nights. Couldn't have asked for better, we loved every minute of our stay. The receptionist kasia was more than helpful with all out queries! Perfect location, situated directly across from the train station so no lugging baggage around the city. Breakfast every morning set us up or the day. Rooms cleaned every morning, the place was spotless. Fab little restaurant outside front door perfect for lunch and dinners. If we ever return to Rome
