Excellent location. Also, despite some bad(ish) reviews on various websites all 10 in our party found the staff very pleasant and helpful, the dining room excellent for both breakfast and evening meals and could not fault anything. The free internet access also very useful as were the many other included facilities. - A real find. We traveled by c
... what people say » ar, and were able to take the ferry to the Lido and park behind the hotel. The room was spacious for three people with a nice view back towards the city. We departed before breakfast, and hotel provided "breakfast packs" to go, free of charge.

We stayed there for one night. Liked everything. The room was spacious and had a balcony from which we could see the lagoon. Breakfast was real good. It is right across the road from the Lido water bus stop and San Marco is 15 minutes by Vaporetto. - Great hotel! Beautiful view! Clean and nice room! Delicious breakfast! Free champagne and snack!
