  The staff were very friendly and helpful. We even came 30 min late to breakfast the first morning and they said it was no problem, and even brought us a warm croissant from the kitchen. - The staff was very nice, the room clean and warm and confortable. The breakfast was enough for all tastes.

Also although it was the lowest priced hotel for a single traveller, it offered so much more than than expected. Also, despite some bad(ish) reviews on various websites all 10 in our party found the staff very pleasant and helpful, the dining room excellent for both breakfast and evening meals and could not fault anything.   Wow, Wow, Wow. We had the best time. Staff so great. It was the best stay in our trip around Italy. I would recomend it to anyone. It is on the Island of Lito about 20 boat ride from the Grand Canal. It was nice to get away from the tourist area of Venice.   the quiet - We were not right in Venice, which made it nice to come back to the island after a busy day. There were a lot of shops, etc. on the island if you wanted or needed. It was nice to have a phone in the room to call home.

  The hotel's location. It on the opposite side of the road near to the Excelsior. Full suite of lido beach experiences nearby, from the very expensive Excelsior to a free beach (about 50m of sea front, volleyball court at back). It was the best way to visit Venice and also spend some days at the beach. The staff were wonderful. Also to our surprise, Lido center itself was very relaxing and a nice walk from the hotel.
