  Landed in Florence on a very wet morning and staff were very friendly and Most helpful. An upgrade to Apartment was very welcome and it was spacious and clean.fantastic being right in middle of Florence and close to station, with easy access to restaurants, shopping and all the sites. Great breakfast. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. - ... what people say » Everything exceeded expectations at this hotel. Room was extremely comfy, huge and neat! Toilet was clean and sizeable and decent bfast was provided. Not to mention the location was absolutely central. Would definitely recommend this residence to anyone who wants to stay in the heart of Florence. I really enjoyed my stay.

The staff was absolutely wonderful! Very helpful and very friendly. We stayed in room number 3, which was actually more like having your own cottage than your common hotel room. No tv or phone in the rooms which shouldnt be a problem for anyone because You are in Florence ! Get out and walk around. We arrived at the train station and took a cab to our room(€25). Once we arrived the staff told us about a bus route close by and fo
