  The staff were extremely helpful and the location was very convenient. This is an excellent budget hotel even though it is located five floors up in a building with several other hotels.   Location was fabulous and they made me feel like I was home. Very comfortable and friendly. - as already said by others, the location is excellent. and in no particular order: The bed was very comfortable; the staff was welcoming and helpful; coffee was tasty; and even the weather cooperated. we'd stay at Eva's again any time.

  Very friendly and helpful staff, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and functional. Also the air conditioning was working fine. The location is excellent. - Very reasonable price for a centrally located hotel. Only several blocks from the the Spanish Steps (and the Metro). Also not far from Pantheon, Piazza Navon... what people say » a, Via Del Corso, Castel San't Angelo and Trevi Fountain. The lady who worked at the front desk during the day was very friendly and helpful. All rooms have their own baths. Would stay here again.

  This was my 4th visit to Rome. Owner was amazing. He was waiting for us at the reception when we arrived and we noticed that he did this for every single guest, no matter what time they arrived day or night. We stayed in the Blue room between my parents (sharing the Queen bed) and myself on the twin. The bathroom shower was very nice and although ... what people say » our room faced the main street Via Gigliotti, it completely sealed off the traffic and pedestrian noise. There is a kitchen with breakfast/snacks read - The facilities were clean and the room was large and colorful. It was just the shower that was small but that was all we needed. Location is across the street from the main train station so we didn't have to carry our luggage too far. Staff were friendly but we only dealt with them when we checked in since they do not stay on site. They do provide you with a phone number in case you need anything. Just make sure that you let them know in advance when you will be arriving so they are there to me
