1) Very big light and comfortable room including typical italian breakfast which the owners bring u directly in the room in the time u wish.
2) U get ur own pair of keys and are free to return when u wish not depending on the owners

this place was far better than I've expected. They bring you your breakfast (not only a croissant, biscuits, caffe, fruit juice, jam) at the time you prefered (mine was at 8:30). The stuff was very kind and informative. This place is the first one I will check the availibility for my next trip. I hope they don't raise their prices.

Location, location, location! The hotel was in an excellent location and that made all the difference in the world! The room was decent sized and clean and free breakfast and wifi topped it off.
Staff very friendly and helpful - thus was the first trip that I accepted every restaurant recommendation from a hotel and I was not disappointed!

Very clean and quiet. Access to the kitchen, wifi and very helpful stuff. People moan about breakfast: croissants, cereals and coffe. That's typical continental breakfast duuuh so don't expect much especially if its for free.
I'm very glad I choose that b&b I highly recommend thy place for everybody. And I'll be back there for sure.

Lovely, warm staff- Gabriella, Jasmine and especially, Arianna. Brilliant location, 5 minute walk to Termini and access to rail, metro, trams and Airport shuttle. Great security and excellent Wi-Fi. The hotel was in a convenient location, just a 5 minute walk from the termini. The facilities and cleanliness was upto par. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They were more kind even to allow me to leave my suitcase so that I can travel around Europe. The manager was nice and I would recommend the hotel to other travellers.

Ripetta Rooms is a fairly new establishment. It is perfectly located for access to the metro station and other public transport. The main shopping areas are also only a short walk away. the facilities are excellent and the staff that run the establishment are absolutely great. Breakfast at a neighboring coffee shop also worked quite well. -
