The hotel was clean, the room, and the service was very good too. and they keep your luggage if your flight is later then the check out. The hotel staff help me and the hotel room was clean and nice like in photos, and nice bathroom.Location, excellent breakfast, elevator, room a little bit noizy but nice. Very clean. The breakfast was not the best.We have been living and traveling throughout Europe for two and a half years and are use to the beds. However, these were some of the hardest beds we have slept on. But, hey, you're in Rome! You don't sleep that much anyway. The water running from the shower was either too hot or cold and only for a few minutes normal. That`s the only problem we had with the room.On tv we can only see Italian language channels. (Unfortunately we can'tspeek Italian.). Fridge was not cold.Bed was a bit hard. The service man in breakfast is not very good. Can't say he is impolite but he made too much noisy when placing the plate on the table. He may be too busy that he need to do it quickly however, I suppose to meet a smiling face on a leisure trip. May be it is the practice of hoteI service in Italy, I got the same feeling in other hotel , Hotel Leonardo Da Vinci which booking through your web site.The buffet breakfast was a bit poor. Beverage provided by a hot drinks dispenser. The room was quite dark, not enough natural light.Transfer from airport to hotel did not turn up after a number of emails to comfirm booking. It would it good if they had a dedicated luggage storage room.better brad for breakfast. Breakfast was very limitedn compared to other hotels that I have stayed at during my 3 month trip in Italy and the shower in my room was so small and restricting. This hotel is in a bit of a shady area of town. the toilet did not work in one of the rooms and was not repaired adequately while we were there. The room smelled of sewer.breakfast not organised the best way. mising glases ,cups,empty plates. the breakfast. size of the bathrooms. could have been a little more spacious. The room are small not suitable for more than one person. Our room was quite small. Internet connection didn't work in our room. In the lobby worked fine. The towels, despite clean, were not nice. Location of the hotel was not good, breakfast was not that good - only basic stuff. .Size of room (I looked @ single and double) . condition of bed and mattressand line (holes!) In both single and double rooms . condition of bathroom.no airconditioning. This was the worst hotel I stayed in in 6 weeks,however it was not the cheapest, but a long shot. I ended up staying ina much nicer hotel with much better facilities and standards, in a muchbetter location in Rome for only slig. Hot Water not consistence, Room is not enough lighting.
