  The hotel is located very close to the Vatican and Castel Sant' Angelo within a quiet street on the second floor of a building, however there is a lift. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful (both the owners and maid). The hotel kindly arranged door to door transport to the hotel from the airport, which worked out less than getting a taxi... what people say » . They were able to provide an umberella to use when the weather was inclement and also directions and lots of helpful local information. The hotel is - The room was very clean, had air conditioning, and there was a lift. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. A light breakfast was served in our room each day at the time we requested. The friendly manager arranged our trip to the airport with a very professional driver for slightly less than the usual cab fare. Would definitely stay again! - Good location not far from Vatican and Metro line on quiet side street. Room good with little or no street noise and friendly helpful staff . Four keys to carry around and breakfast served in your room was not too much of an issue, however this depends on the individual travellers expectations. Would use hotel again if visiting Rome in the future.

  The staff are by far the biggest asset in this hotel. We were greeted by Raphaella who could not have been more helpful throughout our stay. On one night we had an issue getting our mobile to work which given we had left our two small children with their grand parents was an issue. The hotel let us use their phone to make an international call... what people say » which just showed us how far they go to accommodate their guests. Located very close to the Vatican and right in the middle of two metro stations ( - We stayed 3 nights at Fabio Massimo and really enjoyed our stay there. The staff were really friendly and since there were only about 9 rooms (I think) the level of service was exceptional. Breakfast was good and the hotel was really close to some good restaurants. Me and my girlfriend were there on Valentines Day and I asked the receptionist to do something with my bedroom while we were away, he arranged for a bouquet of roses and rose petals on the bed with Champagne glasses (which I had aske

  I loved everything about this hotel, I will stay here whenever I will go to Rome,that's for sure..
