  The location is so special in the heart of the city where can easily approach all the famous monuments and only 10 minutes from both Saint Marco square to the south and Ponte Del Rialto the north . If you spot Timberland, you are 30metres away from the main door of the hotel, take the quiet dark walkway on the left from timberland to avoid walking a long detour on the right (which leads to san marco square) Hotel is very comfortable, showers and heaters were good. location was good. its on top of a restaurant, apart from the closing of the restaurant at 10-11pm not much noise was h

  Location is great, staff are friendly. We were upgraded to a magnificent large room at no extra charge. The hotel is on a quiet street close to San Marco square. With outside tables by a picturesque canal and with tables in an interior courtyard this hotel is our idea of a perfect place to stay in Venizia. Lots of Hot water for showers, and an exce... what people say » llent included breakfast. - Excellent location and it was good to be a little away from the main thoroughfare traffic, very comfortable and it was fantastic that there was a kettle in the room where I could have a cup of tea. It is the only hotel I have been in in Europe where I could do this.

  Excellent location. Also, despite some bad(ish) reviews on various websites all 10 in our party found the staff very pleasant and helpful, the dining room excellent for both breakfast and evening meals and could not fault anything. The free internet access also very useful as were the many other included facilities. - A real find. We traveled by c... what people say » ar, and were able to take the ferry to the Lido and park behind the hotel. The room was spacious for three people with a nice view back towards the city. We departed before breakfast, and hotel provided "breakfast packs" to go, free of charge.
