  Very helpful friendly staff. Ideal location to find and to see sights from. Good, clean rooms. - We had a very good stay at Residenza Ki - the hotel is in an excellent location, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful (especially Gigi). Don't expect to see a grand entrance or large sign... what people say » age though - as it is basically 1 floor of an apartment block Residenza Ki has a small sign next to a modest green door but it is not hard to find.

The hotel is well situated and within walking distance of all Rome's wonderful attractions. A true haven for weary travellers! Nice design classy, but conversations in foyer/courtyard , very audible through open window due to amplification of sound from the four walls surrounding the yard. The hotel went to great lengths to make my parents stay a special one. I was so delighted when I heard of the welcome they received. Thank you so much to the staff !   Very good B&B especially for the price standards of Rome. Breakfast was reasonable, with no set time to eat, so we could have the breakfast whenever we woke up in a self-service scheme, with a nice expresso machine in the lobby. There was also a microwave availabe. - The hotel is located 5 minutes away from the vatcan walls, you can even see ... what people say » the top of the St. Peter's Basilica from certain rooms.
