  Very helpful friendly staff. Ideal location to find and to see sights from. Good, clean rooms. - We had a very good stay at Residenza Ki - the hotel is in an excellent location, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful (especially Gigi). Nice design classy, but conversations in foyer/courtyard , very audible through open window due to amplification of sound from the four walls surrounding the yard. Amazing and super friendly and efficient staff, great breakfast, a lot of character , and even though many rooms have a small number of steps - I booked The Relais Julia for my parents 40th wedding anniversary. The hotel went to great lengths to make my parents stay a special one. I was so delighted when I heard of the welcome they received. Thank you so much to the staff !   Very good B&B especially for the price standards of Rome. Breakfast was reasonable, with no set time to eat, so we could have the breakfast whenever we woke up in a self-service scheme, with a nice expresso machine in the lobby. There was also a microwave availabe. - The hotel is located 5 minutes away from the vatcan walls, you can even see ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » the top of the St. Peter's Basilica from certain rooms. The hotel is small but the staff are friendly and the atmosphere is very pleasant.
