Claudio, Roberta and Sylvia were amazing, they recommended exceptional restaurants, organized tours and taxis and guided you to the must see sites. Free coffee/tea/treats throughout the day...dishware/glassware available to use in room. Fantastic café around the corner with very generous breakfast included. we had a 3 bed room which was very big for Florence and nicely decorated, big bathroom too. the administrator friendly, he recommended a very nice restaurant( expensive but worth the money) . -
