  For the price we paid, to have air conditioning during summer and having our breafast served to our room was pleasantly surprising. We were also allowed to leave our luggage at the reception after checking out as our flight was late in the evening. - Close to transport and a supermarket.

  The staff was most courteous and helpful. The hotel was a short walk to Villa Borghese, the principle point for my visit to Rome - Location just outside of main tourist area but surrounded by many restaurants and theatres was excellent. Local transport to all areas was also good. Staff very helpful at all hours.

  I would absolutely recommend this hotel to all the guests. The hotel "Villa Patrizi" is very good situated, not far from the Termini railway station. There is a supermarket in the Termini, you can buy food and all the things you need. They do cleaning everyday.
