  Hotel staff extrememly friendly, the receptionist was patient and happy for us to practice our Italian when speaking to her. When we couldn't get our tv switched on, this was fixed immediately. Our huge room was on the second floor and while the room was basic, it had a modernised style and was lovely and clean.   We stayed here for our honeymoon. We had a late check-in (around 9pm at night) and Trentatre advised it wasn't a problem. On arrival, Josie was there to greet us who lives on site. Biggest place we stayed on our trip and a nice change from the cramped room we had in Paris - From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed and told about local restaurants and places to see. The room was wonderful - high ceilings , big comfortable bed and lovely decor.The room was big and spacious with a wonderful bathroom. Easy walking distance to the main attractions of Florence - the C 2 - small buses - stops close by if too tired to walk back to the hotel at the end of the day.Plenty of places to eat. Would recommend Trentatre.
