  Hotel staff extrememly friendly, the receptionist was patient and happy for us to practice our Italian when speaking to her. When we couldn't get our tv switched on, this was fixed immediately. Our room on the second floor was fabulous, it was really spacious with a bedroom, sitting room and bathroom, all very tastefully decorated. Our room was a new 2 room family suite also designed to accommodate disabled persons and located on the second floor. Unfortunately it did not have a view of the square but the rooms facilities and comfortable size made up for this. The staff were friendly and helpful. An excellent stay. Highly recommended.
