The friendliness of the staff was very refreshing and the hotel location was perfect for access to the main attractions in the centre of Florence.Will visit again for sure. Nice room, friendly staff, proximity to the Centro storico. We stayed just one night during a short trip to Toscana, but it was a pleasure experience. The hotel is recently renewed. The stuff was very kind and helpfull, the rooms were clean, quiet and had plenty of space. And of course it is in the heart of Firenze, just behind the Duomo. What else to ask for? Excellent!!!.
