Right in the heart of Florence, this hotel is in an amazing spot. We couldn't have hoped to have lived at a better hotel, particularly
from the point of view of its location, literally a few steps from the
piazza della signoria and the palazzo vecchio (and also extremely close
to nearby attractions such as the uffizi, bargello and ponte vecchio).
The hotel itself is quite wonderful, and our room was clean and more
than adequate for our purposes. We'd chosen the 'private
bathroom outside the room' option, and it ended up being only a
minor issue (if at all).

location: 5 minutes to a train station Santa Maria Novella and 5 minutes

perfect place both for these people who came to Florence for exploring
