Just about everything, and especially the staff--helpful, knowledgeable, available. Food was good and plentiful. Internet connection and 3 PCs for the guests' use made it easy for me to keep in touch. - Our room was typical except for the walk out patio! We ate at the resturant both days and always left full. The staff was quite helpful (the firs

The quieter area it was in. The fact that it was newer than most hotels
in the area. The Coffee/snack bar area. The Hotel restaurant. Loved
the water option of carbonated (gas) or non. And of course the politely,
friendly and helpful staff. -
Location, friendly, helpful staff.

This hotel is like an oasis in the midst of a city full of sights and
tourists that can be overwhelming. Once you enter the courtyard gates a
sense of being home restores you from the many hours of sightseeing Rome

menu at a very reasonable additional cost so that you do not

We visited Rome as the first stop on our honeymoon. Our flight from the
us was canceled so we missed the first night and arrived to Rome early
in the morning. The sweet lady at the front desk could not have been
more helpful or kind. She bumped us up to a room with a better view, let
us get breakfast while we waited and then got us into our room as soon
as she could. The hotel is so close to the Coliseum and was in a quiet
area. Breakfast was great and the staff was so helpful! We would

The location is very good, only 5 minutes walking from Manzini metro
station (which is only 2 stations from Termini), and about 10-15 minutes
the Colosseum, and the Forum on foot, or the tram no.3. The crew was
very friendly (some of them were not too strong in english, but they
were very helpful), the rooms are not big but very clean and comforta

The location (just 2 stops from Termini using the subway) offers a great starting point for many trips around Rome! Staff is super friendly! Breakfasts were delicious (don't expect loads of stuff, but rather some freshly baked croissants and other pastry, milk products and salami, fruits, eggs, muesli, etc.). The room (we used a 3-persons one) was always kept tidy and clean. Nice veranda between the ground and first floors. Some cool restaurants/pizzerias at Via di Santa Croce in Gerusalemme ne
