It's very close to Garibaldi railway station and to Piramide metro station. About 15 min going by foot to the Coliseum. 2 fruit shops are very close. And lots of pizzerias and small kafes.
The owner is very friendly and helpful, we were in touch by email before our arriving.
It wouldn't be so easy to find the hotel if I hadn't check it beforehand

Everything was perfect! Room was big, clean and well-organized with new facilities. There's plenty of breakfast and also automatic coffee machine. You can cook your meal with full kitchen and microwave. Staff and owner were very friendly. They were always in contact even in the evening I was wondering how to turn on the air-conditioner. Bathroom was clean and spacious too. I will absolutely stay here again if I go to Rome!

Kind and helpful owner, who gave us many recommendations for Rome and managed to give us a free ride to the station on departure.
Very modern, clean and nice looking room and bathroom.
In good reaching distance to the city by bus.
Good coffee at the breakfast.
Although we did not like the breakfast Alex was very zealous to do the best he could - he even got some lactose-free milk for us when he heard one of us does not tolerate lactose although we did not ask him for it.

Ricarrdo was very friendly and full of information. We stayed in the
apartment that is at a different location then the hotel. The apartment
is in the basement of an apartment building but since we were only there
really to sleep and eat a few meals that was ok. Opening the windows let
in more light but it was very noisy since it is on a fairly busy street.
It suited our purposes as being close to the metro and grocery and being

We come early in the morning to St. John's Terrace. There was a early and familary welcome from Giorgio, the manager. He offered us breakfast on the sweet terrasse and gave us useful tips for sightseeing and show us everything important in a little map which was for us. The room was like in the pictures. Location, cleanliness, staff, price, safe. Great location to visit Rome, it is a 2 min walk to the metro and less to the bus. It's nice to be away from the crowds however easy enough to get around. Let the staff know your arrival time and they will ensure they are there to meet you.

Second time we stayed here-everything was great and we even got the same room we had previously!!The only issue was that the shower door was broken but everyone couldn't have been more helpful to get it fixed as quickly as possible so there was no problem!
