The interior of the hotel was nice,staff friendly,helpful and breakfest had a lot of variety. - Really nice hotel with cheap prices (if you book few days before your stay). We really enjoy it. Room was clean (especially the bathroom), sweet smell and the breakfast was sufficient. The Hotel is nearby metro station.

It is a very young modern Hotel. - The stuff is just great, super-proffesional! Hotel is quite new, rooms are well-designed, good-furnished and really nice, as well as hotel itself. Breakfast is great, but quite expencive. Location is not in "touristic" place, so you can find a lot of cafe, bars and shopes with usual prices.

Kind and helpful owner, who gave us many recommendations for Rome and managed to give us a free ride to the station on departure.
Very modern, clean and nice looking room and bathroom.
In good reaching distance to the city by bus.
Good coffee at the breakfast.
Although we did not like the breakfast Alex was very zealous to do the best he could - he even got some lactose-free milk for us when he heard one of us does not tolerate lactose although we did not ask him for it.

First off, the staff is just amazing. They help you out whenever they can and just go out of their way in doing so. The rooms are a bit smaller than what we've seen in other cities, but they are great-looking and very comfortable. We just didn't feel like getting out of bed. The hotel itself is cozy and sweet, and there's a lovely scent in the air

We come early in the morning to St. John's Terrace. There was a early and familary welcome from Giorgio, the manager. He offered us breakfast on the sweet terrasse and gave us useful tips for sightseeing and show us everything important in a little map which was for us. The room was like in the pictures. Despite a death in the immediate family, the proprietors at the B&B
made sure their guests were welcomed with friendliness, maps, and
suggestions for restaurants. Breakfasts were set for each day and staff
intermittently were on site to provide information in English.. They
provided access to luggage storage on our departure day.

Irene and all of the staff were amazingly kind, helpful and funny! This
was the best part of our Rome visit as far as comfort and friendliness
are concerned. Over and over, they gave directions, helped with an awful
incident, made our stay a delight. The breakfast was out of this world
with fresh baked goods and home made yogurt and fine cappuccino. Would
stay again...4.8 Euros to get to our cruise ship (1 1/2 hours ride)----
