The staff of this hotel are incredible and friendly..they go out of their way to please customers..the breakfast is also a must..goes till 11am !! The hotel is a work of art and an amazing overhaul of an older building. Very Chic and modern...good enough that the owner hangs out there and he could stay anywhere. New hotel, nice clean rooms, free internet, friendly staff, good breakfast, good location ner Re di Roma metro station, good prices around the hotel, compared to those in the center (restaurants, shopping, plus a supermaket close by).

The staff was very friendly. The interior of the hotel was very good and the breakfast was organized well (compared to other hotels we have stayed). The fact that the hotel was clean and clutter free. It was a welcome oasis of calm after tredgnig the streets of Rome. Fantastic Room. Brilliantly designed hotel with a modern feel and quiet rooms. The Hotel was easy to get to via the metro line (Re di Roma stop) as well as by train from Leonardo di Vinci Airport at Fiumicino. It was only 4 stops from the Termini station and quite accessible to many of Rome's attractions. The hotel was very clean and modern and our room was lovely, but small, with a patio. The Breakfast Room had available quite a variety of food and drinks to choose from.The helpfull and friendly staff, the very good breakfast served by friendly people in a nice room near the terras, the (not very big, but) well designed rooms with good working airco and good bathroom, the rooms were very clean, nearby metro. Artificial juices, rotting fruit, un-chilled yoghurts and water, warm coffee, shortage of food especially bread and buffet meats and cheese. Not too spacious room and just one quite small cupboard - we must have been keeping almost all our staff in suitcases. Also couple of suggestions - 1. It would be very comfortable to have a hospitality tray with kettle because there is no restorant tonight in the hotel. 2. The should be more descriptive info booklet of hotel facilities (time of breakfast, extras, loundry prices and so on) in the. Our room was beside the breakfast room and noisy in the morning. The hotel is quite far away from all the attractions and walking to the colosseum on our first day took about an hour or more...only for the metro, we would have had to taken cabs everywhere...so I would say the location isn't great and is far away from everything. Please pay attention that breakfast will be served almost outside even in november. One point :they dont have vegetables for brekfast.No service at the bar in the evening. a bit too far from the centre for us. by international rating this hotel is not a 4* hotel, but if you are looking for a very clean place to sleep with basic facilities, so this is a right place. Air conditioning slightly noisy with the air flowing directly to the front of the bed. Had to switch it off during the night.the breakfast not very special, but as we know it,s very normal in italy, they eat only sweet things for breakfast. A bar would have been nice for a late night drink. The jaccuzzi also seems to be for show only!. hot- air conditioning not functional. small rooms. air condition was out of order in our room, we had corner´s room - there was very cold and noisy because of wrong air condition. the parking its very small. Location could have been a little nearer to the centre of Rome. The hotel does not have the services they claim to have, e.g. shutle to the airport.Air conditioning does not work well. Room does not filter out cigarette smoking from other rooms. 2 single beds pushed together rather than 1 double or queen. For 2 people it is uncomfortable as a division or crack developes during the night. The cooling/heating system was noisy, at times - probably a fan bearing needs to be replaced.The staff was very uninvolved and unaccommodating. Bit of a run down area and not much in the way of restauarnts for an evening meal within walking distance. Content of mini bar was not checked before, but finallysituation was cleared. Difficult to get extra pillows!. No help from desk clerks. No restaurants near hotel. Out of the way of everything. Doesn't have restaurant (only breakfast room); the staff doesn't speakenglish or very little; small rooms. The location wasn't the best but this wasn't the main problem. The hotel did not have any facilities such as bars nearby therefore we expected to be able to use the bar in the hotel. It wasn't finished and the bar was not open although the staff did try to lie and tell us it was. It was then that I got a glass of wine from the bar - it was decidedly off. It advertised a bar it doesn't have.
