Service was fantastic! Elia was there to give us a warm welcome and i was surprised when she insisted on carrying our (full sized) luggage up the stairs--we didn't expect her to help with the luggage at all; just goes to show how gracious these folks are. It was a very good location. Although we passed the door once and had to go back. The first impression when entering the main door was not the best. But then when we entered the door to The Pantheon Relais it was a different world. So elegant,nice and comfortable.

The room had been refurbished 3-4 months ago and was so nice.that goes for the bathroom as well. -
Great location and good value for price. Very thoughtful about details that a traveler might forget such as toothbrush and razor. We were offered the arrangement of a private transfer from the airport on arrival and that was incredibly helpful after an 8 hour overnight flight. Cost of that was also very reasonable by North American comparison. They made this a perfect start to our vacation.
