Great location and price !
Very clean and quiet. Access to the kitchen, wifi and very helpful stuff. People moan about breakfast: croissants, cereals and coffe. That's typical continental breakfast duuuh so don't expect much especially if its for free.
I'm very glad I choose that b&b I highly recommend thy place for everybody. And I'll be back there for sure.

When I stayed at Hotel Max they had been open for only three weeks. As a
result they worked hard to impress their guests. I paid half price
because I was a single guest, but I was given a double room. The flowers
I had brought with me were put in a vase for me. The room was
beautifully refurbished and the bathroom was new. Breakfast was
excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the front desk is
open 24 hours a day. I recommend Hotel Max as a great, inexpensive place

The staff at the front desk and in the breakfast room is outstanding. They were very helpful in helping us to track down our lost luggage. It is very close to Termini Station (less than 3 minutes walking). If you are traveling to Ciampino Airport this will be very convinient (buses to Ciampino departs from Termini Station).
No need to pay more to stay close to the Colisseum or Vatican City, the Metro will take you there or you can walk, you will have something to spot every two blocks!

The building had character and charm, the location surrounding the building was lovely to walk around at night with nice little restaurants and it is easily accessible for buses and trains.
