  Very nice location on the hill, private parking, nice view of Florence from the hotel (although not from our room), nice old villa. Bus stop for bus number 7 that goes into the city centre is about 350m from the hotel down the hill, busses pass by every 20 minutes (less than 10minute ride with a buss)

Ultra-modern design, clean and light room with free internet, orthopedic chair, tea and cofee making facilities, 'smart' bed, lots of amenities in bathroom etc. Excellence for as little as 70 Euro per night.   The front desk was very cordial. The waitstaff at the bar and restaurant were friendly and helpful. Everything we asked for (wake up call, taxi service at 5:00 in the morning) was handled professionally.   Great new hotel, gives a perfect holiday feeling. Very attentive staff, both at the reception and in the breakfast restaurant. The area looks dodgy at first, but it's just around the corner of the residential area with shop and restaurants.
