She bumped us up to a room with a better view, let us get breakfast while we waited and then got us into our room as soon as she could. The hotel is so close to the Coliseum and was in a quiet area. The hotel is close to the Termini station, so it was easy to get to when coming from the airport. I was also pleasantly surprised that we got to stay in a suite. Everyone was very nice and everyone spoke English. They also had a great breakfast spread. This was the nicest of the three hotels I stayed in while visiting Rome.

We walked to lots of major attractions: Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colloseum and Roman Forums were all 15 - 20 minutes easy walk away. My wife and daughters found plenty of shopping nearby, especially on and around Via Nazionale which is 40m f - Nice and cozy rooms with new modern furniture. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, they recommended very good restaurants in Rome and also helped us find some of the locations we wanted to visit. It's a small place, but very clean and with a good vibe, we felt safe and it was a pleasure to come back after a day walking. Breakfast was simple, don't expect more than for a typical 2 stars hotel, but we found it enough for all tastes. The rest of the hotel however was much above 2 stars.
