  The staff was extremely friendly and willing to display us the options for nice cafes and restaurants in Rome. It was nice having our breakfast outdoors at a nice cafe. The room was very clean and the bathroom recently renovated. It was well suited, near to Termini station and at the same time safe until late at night because of the crowded street... what people say » s.   This B and B was the best we stayed in for out 2 1/2 week trip through Italy. Family owned and run, they were all so very sweet and helpful. The room was the biggest and most clean out of every B and B AND hotel, not to mention the cheapest! Easy to get to from the train station and close to all sight-seeing! Internet and DVD's to borrow to boot! ... what people say » - It's a wonderful place, very comfortable (clean, warm, fully equipped), with good location. There was big room and wonderful breakfast for separate price (we could hardly eat everything). Personnel was very pleasant and responsive. When I come to Rome next time, I'll stay in this hotel again.

  We stayed 3 nights in this B&B and were very comfortable. We had a clean comfortable room with a bunk bed for our child. Bathroom was neat and clean, though a bit small. Location is very convenient with good connections both by bus as well as metro to various attractions of Rome. Colosseum and Roman forum are a 15 minute walk from here. We had to pay full price of stay in advance but we got what we were promised in re - We loved that it was like a small appartment so you have much more space than a common hotel room. We had a (big) plus since ours had a private terrace with a table so one could relax after a busy day walking through Rome. Even if we didn't used much of the kitchenette, it is a plus. Cleaned daily. Very close to termini station, so it has very good access to public transportation. Definitely very good value for money.

  Hidden gem close to Termini. Perfect walking distance from station, 5 minutes. Very comfortable, nice design, spacious, very clean and modern. It was very easy to relax. Real life was better than pictures! Says a lot. Breakfast was nice at the next door neighbor restaurant, it is Italian style, which means loads of suger, but tasty! We had different type of - Extremely friendly staff. Nice modern furniture and excellent location. Not really a hotel, yet an apartment complex, with daily towel exchange and cleaning but no room service, which is compensated by free bottles of water left for you in the mini bar. Very good breakfast at the restaurant downstairs. Awesome location. For groups of 4 it would have been even nicer, as 2 bedrooms share a living room with a nice kitchen, couch and desk.   The staff were extremely helpful and the location was very convenient. This is an excellent budget hotel even though it is located five floors up in a building with several other hotels.   We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and we would recommend it. Excellent location: just two blocks away from Termini train and metro stations. To get there from the airport, We got a bus for just €5. Then it's a very short walk from the station to the hotel. Easy to explore other places: The hotel is ideally located if you intend to explore Rome... what people say » and maybe other cities close by, such as Orvieto, Assisi, Pompei. With the train station being so easy to access, you would not need to worry about b - Perfect location: 5 minutes from Termini train and metro station. Really great room (better than on the pictures posted here), very spacious and clean. Windows looked out the main street where market was located; however, there was no noise at all. Wi-fi in the room was available. Parking garage in 5 min walk.

Furth - I loved the fact that it is a small hotel, and the service is personalised, flexible and very friendly. It is very quiet, there is not a lot of coming and going, and the rooms are quiet, comfortable and relaxing. Beautiful bathroom and toiletries with a lovely big bath. Fabulous! It is also a short walk to the station, which was a big advantage. It is close to the metro, and if you like walking it is an enjoyable walk to most attractions.
