Hidden gem close to Termini. Perfect walking distance from station, 5 minutes. Very comfortable, nice design, spacious, very clean and modern. It was very easy to relax. Real life was better than pictures! Says a lot. Breakfast was nice at the next door neighbor restaurant, it is Italian style, which means loads of suger, but tasty! You can choose from all the different types of sweets, staff at restaurant was also very nice, so tell them what you like or point it out. We had different type of .

Not really a hotel, yet an apartment complex, with daily towel exchange and cleaning but no room service, which is compensated by free bottles of water left for you in the mini bar. Very good breakfast at the restaurant downstairs. Awesome location. For groups of 4 it would have been even nicer, as 2 bedrooms share a living room with a nice kitchen, couch and desk. In our case we were only 2 of us, and having a common area . Room: Big, clean. Has bathroom, fridge, security box, TV. Very friendly owner. Free water. There is kitchen where you can make a coffee or tea. There was WI-FI but I couldn't connect to it my mobile phone didn't see this wireless network. For us breakfast was included. There is cafe near hotel where we had breakfast: croissant, yogurt, tea or coffee, bun with ham and cheese. Near Termini train station. It's so sweet that they give me a great surprise for my honeymoon journey(I won't tell you of course). Everything including the services, the cleanliness, the facilities is all perfect. Along the street there are many choices for dinner, delicious and not expensive. Close to metro station Termini and Castro Pretorio. It's no doubt that I will be back next time in Rome. Will definitely stay there again. being able to make a cup of tea anytime was great, although this was in a shared kitchen rather than in the room, it was no bother. Staff were very helpful. Bed was firm and and huge but I could feel a spring digging into my ribs. Bathroom was massive. Totally amazing restaurant just down the street - Mama Angela's - we went both nights, superb. Friendly owner and staff, very modern room and clean. The best thing was "sound-proof". Also complimentary drinking water and coffee every day (of course, it's not an instant coffee). Breakfast at cafe next door was lovely. Very close to the railway station whicn is convenient to take Airport express train, bus and tram. Absolutely wonderful experience. Be sure to checkout the cafe/restaurant next door (try the strawberry mojito) and the restaurants in the area. Great location close to Termini train station. Rooms are more like a modern service apartment in the middle of the city. You can walk to all the sights. There is also a great restaurant next door. WiFi worked great. Owners are great and friendly. Room was clean and spotless. Highly recommended. Everything. It's only 5 minutes walk from Roma Termini and the room was cosy and clean. The double bed was a real double bed, unlike most of the other hotels we stayed at where there just combine 2 single beds together and the pillows and mattress were very comfy. Most of the Italian mattresses misses a topper, so does this one. This comment is just a suggestion for hotel for improvement. The only downfall was that the air conditioning control sits outside of the bedroom and whatever temperature you set may be altered by your "neighbor". If you are travelling in a group of 4-5 though it wouldn't be an issue, but since we did not know the guests staying in the other bedroom it was a little awkward to keep getting the aircon turned off. Only WI-FI but it could be problem with my phone. Just a small thing - we felt very safe walking in the area during the day and evening but one night we walked home about 1 am and when walking through Termini station got hassled a little by 'street sleepers'. Avoid train station when it is deserted late at night - take cab. Being close to Rome Termini has its disadvantages but for us we wanted the closeness to facilities. External breakfast may not suit everyone but did not worry us. Being told off by residents of the apartment block that we couldn't keep our bikes in the hallway. We sense the others in the building are not that keen on the guest house. People always left the front door open and there's a market just outside every day. Small bed for single room, I prefer the queen or king size bed. But the owner promissed to arrange a bigger bed in the near future :-) There is no English programs on TV. Maybe we won't have a time to watch, but would be nice to have at least BBC or CNN News programs. Only thing to pick on is the water heater during shower. If I turn the tap off and turn it on again, the water becomes cold. So I had to keep the water running in order for the water to be warm throughout the whole shower. What's not to like!. The shower space is too small even to me--a 163cm slim lady. Late check in need extra payment even we pre paid 100%. No cons for this one. Everythings met expectations. Nothing. I did not like the location much, but it is always a little bit creepy if you are near any central station that is convenient from one side, but surrounded with strange people day and night. The street itself though was well lit and quite in the nights, felt pretty safe. Our room was one of two which shared a common lounge and kitchen area, which felt a bit weird. We had a family in the adjoining room and could hear them clearly. Not really an issue as we were only there for 2 nights, the room we booked was a bit small. On the pictures it looks like the rooms have living room - they don't. 20 EURO for late check-in. I wish I did not have to get up at 5;30am to catch a plane so that I could have tried the breakfast. Basically no fault found to this place so far. Missing ramp for luggage!. Had twice a cold shower. N/A. The neighborhood does not appear to be safe at night. Breakfast limited in variety and quantity. No cakes, no eggs. Just one unit of each item, a small bread, Warm coffee. Small shower. Not the best neighborhood, but very secure building. the shower is always hot & cold while running .. there is a common pantry sharing for everyone but no microwave or kitchen stove to heat food. pay extra fee for check in after 9:00pm, the shower water is a little cold.
