  Very clean and comfortable, large room with ensuite facilities. Staff (Don), very welcoming and helpful and couldn't do more to make our 5 night stay pleasant. As a bed and breakfast it met our expectations completely and more! Offered choice of breakfast, with as much to eat as required. The room was incredibly clean and tidy. Breakfast was ok and you can choose btwn salty and sweet. With the furnitures,window blinds,high ceiling etc. you get the feeling that you are staying in a home instead of a hotel in Rome.   We liked absolutely everything. Small family-run hotel with only 3 rooms of which we occupied 2. The hotel is located just 5 min away from the Vatican museums entrance. Public transport just outside the door. Rooms were fantastic, enormous for Rome, and with all facilities required. They both had big comfortable beds and, although the rooms were ... what people say » facing the main street, they were very quiet during the night. Internet worked fine. Breakfast was good enough to start the day, with cereals, yoghurt - We liked place, very good, near metro, Vatican. Friendly personal. New clean rooms. Small hotel. We like everything in the hotel. We had trip on Italy for 12 days, 4 citys. This is the best hotel where we stayed.
