  The staff at this hotel is amazing. Both girls were on top of everything from early check in to calling taxis and offering help with getting to and from monuments. The tours recommended by the staff were excellent recommendations. Rooms are very clean and quite (hotel is on the third floor). Hotel has a different atmosphere, as it is situated in an office and apartment building. Hotel staff is very flexible (breakfast time) and friendly.

The staff was really serviceminded and helped us call about our luggage since we weren't able to recieve it when we were on a guided tour. High speed free internet.   The location couldn't been better, a few minutes from the metro and many attractions in walking distance. And the price was the best in the area. The room where cleaned every day and the toilet was fresh. The bed (double) was ok but my girlfriend thought it was to hard. The breakfast was okay and the service perfect.
