Beautiful place, spacious room, very high ceilings, we could see few historical buildings right from the window. Room was warm with a big bed. Location is absolutely amazing. Colosseo around the corner, we literally walked everywhere (even returned from Vatican by foot ). Breakfast was brought into the room on your selected time. We really enjoyed to stay there. If I go to Rome again I'll stay there again.

Our rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels and plenty of water, coffee, tea, milk croissants, biscuits and jam provided free of charge, which was a god send after a busy day of sight seeing. The hotel was just a short walk from the coliseum tube station and situated in a beautiful old building shared by other hotels. The views were am - Look no further than the Colosseoin. It is in a fantastic location with a view from the window onto the main street where there is always something happening. Shut the windows and there is absolute quiet for sleeping. There are many restaurants within walking distance and a very large supermarket only 5 minutes walk up the street.The terrace has views of the Colosseum and its fantastic just to sit there and soak in the view. Comfortable suite has one small stair (step) between the living room and the kitchen place and the same one betweet the bathroom and the cloakroom (it may be difficul for small children who don't walk yet). The breakfast was servered at the suite with our preference. Everyday the room was cleaned during our l - We with the daughter stopped in apartments in the center of Rome. It was very convenient. We had the keys, could feel at home. There is a mini kitchen where it is possible to cook food, to make coffee. Manuel the wonderful owner, was very attentive and useful to us. Five minutes to the fountain and the Spanish ladder, and thus very quiet place. I recommend for couple of friends or a family.

The location is superb on a very quiet street in the heart of Rome near the Spanish Steps with all its wonderful eating places. The hotel has been exquisitely and tastefully decorated and the rooms, though small, hold every comfort. The rooftop terrace was a special favourite for sunsets. Superb breakfast. Entire staff was very helpful and friendly.
