  The room was spotless and all fixtures and fittings were of a high standard. The breakfast was continental self service buffet style with plenty of choice. We stayed only one night on our way to Lake Garda but would stay again if we return via Bergamo airport - I love the room, it was very big and comfortable.   The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The temperature of the bedroom was easily adjusted. Despite the fact we were near the airport and a busy road there was little noise and heavy curtains blocked out the daylight.   the staff were very curteous, the facilities were excellent. we loved the interiors, and the rooms were extremely comfortable! breakfast was excellent as well. the location was convenient when flying to bergamo airport, but i would suggest the website should make it more clear how to get to the hotel on foot. we ended up in a cab, because there ... what people say » wasn't much signage for the pedestrian route. - The location of the hotel is superb as it is right across the road to the airport with easy access via underground passage. Additionally, there was an outstanding mall right next to the hotel with many stores and several restaurants and bars which was also very convenient. The hotel's sauna and gym facilities as well as the rooms are all 5 star quality!!! Bergamo is very close by!

  The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and the bathroom was good...the shower and all the facilities worked well. The hotel was in a very good location for the lower city and I liked that we were in that area buut near enough to walk to the citti alta. We would come back to Hotel Arli again.   The Winter Garden Hotel is a beautiful property. Elegant, modern, and spacious! The feel of the lobby just gives you a chic sense that your stay will be restful. We did not stay long enough to take advantage of the Spa, but the shower was mind-blowing enough to count like a Spa! I am gushing, but just coming off a fabulous Costa Cruise, I felt like we were still on the ship! The shuttle to the airport wa - Free parking which is great. Staff were helpful. Clean rooms with nice bathroom and huge double shower. Convenient to stay if you have an early/late flight to bergamo. Not as close to airport as some of the others but cheaper rate and free parking makes up for it if you have a hire car.
