the staff were very curteous, the facilities were excellent. we loved the interiors, and the rooms were extremely comfortable! breakfast was excellent as well. the location was convenient when flying to bergamo airport, but i would suggest the website should make it more clear how to get to the hotel on foot. we ended up in a cab, because there wasn't much signage for the pedestrian route.
all reviews » The location of the hotel is superb as it is right across the road to the airport with easy access via underground passage. Additionally, there was an outstanding mall right next to the hotel with many stores and several restaurants and bars which was also very convenient. The hotel's sauna and gym facilities as well as the rooms are all 5 star quality!!! Bergamo is very close by!. This is a very good hotel perfectly located 10min walkway from Orio Al Serio airport and 3min walkway from the big shoppingcenter. The room was the best one we had in Italy, nice design, very high standard, lovely bathroom with warm towels and a nice cleaning/bodykit. The breakfast was also the best one we had in an Italian hotel. We recommend. Perfect location next to Orio Shopping center, very nice, modern, new hotel (room). Very friendly staff. Prices in the resturant. The heating/cooling system. My room was too hot and we always had to open the window which meant we heard a few noise from the airport and traffic from the road. The hotel management should try changing the airconditioning sytem to manual instead of the automatic crap they have. The hallways and everyother place in the hotel was fine. I think it was just our room.To check-out, there was only one person for more than 5 customers. If I was late for my flight, it could have been dangerous. Threre was information about different pillows, but didn't find any at room.Finding way to hotel by car late at night was extremelydifficult.service at buffet breakfast was really bad. Hotel not knowinganything about our reservation was appalling. We had to go to the airport very early at 4 a.m., and there was no hot water in the shower at that time. It was the only shortcoming, but quite important.Difficult to find coming by car.
