Landed in Florence on a very wet morning and staff were very friendly and Most helpful. An upgrade to Apartment was very welcome and it was spacious and clean.fantastic being right in middle of Florence and close to station, with easy access to restaurants, shopping and all the sites. Great breakfast. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. -
... what people say » Everything exceeded expectations at this hotel. Room was extremely comfy, huge and neat! Toilet was clean and sizeable and decent bfast was provided. Not to mention the location was absolutely central. Would definitely recommend this residence to anyone who wants to stay in the heart of Florence. I really enjoyed my stay.

The self-catering apartment is very nice and comfortable, tastefully decorated and very well equipped (little kitchen, dvd player etc.). It's situated in a little courtyard, therefore quiet and away from the road. Especially for a stay of several days it's very recommendable. -
