  The staff was very nice and very help full. They seemed interested in us having a good time in florence will staying in there hotel. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, the tv worked. The bathroom was very nice, clean, well stocked with towels and toiletires. The upstairs bar was very nice. We enjoyed ending out day up at the roof top bar.... what people say » This hotel is very close to all attactions. We never needed a taxi once we arrived. The hotel staff had great recommendations for places to see to - i will have other people stay here. I do not understand very much italian and I enjoyed my stay. The english speaking was sufficient. Also it was very convenient to what I wanted to visit. I like music on the street and there was some nearby at night. joani

  We loved this hotel. It was excellent value for money. The room was spacious, the bathroom was big and clean and we had a balcony with a great view. The centre is a 20 minute walk away, but the walk down the river (past a number of good cafe's etc) is worth the effort.   The front desk was very cordial. The waitstaff at the bar and restaurant were friendly and helpful. Everything we asked for (wake up call, taxi service at 5:00 in the morning) was handled professionally. We were even provided with a bagged breakfast to take to the airport. - The room and facilities were excellent and exactly as described on the net... what people say » .
