  We really had a great experience with vip Venice. You have to meet the vip person at the dock and they take you to the apartment. When we first arrived we made a few mistakes with the boat and arrived about 45 minutes after we were supposed to. No problem, the vip rep waited for us patiently outside in quite warm weather and was very understanding... what people say » with our delay. The first apartment we were in was very nice and only a block from St Mark's Church. Unfortunately, the A/C was broken and when it co - Excellent Location just stone throw from the main landmark St.Mark square & shopping area, 2 minutes walk to the boat station (public transport), Gondola ride and Harbour for a lovely walk specially if you enojoy great views of sunset, It is also very easy to find as it is the last stop of the line 2 "San Marco"... you can also walk to the fav market of Rialto 5 mins walk, also 2 minutes walk from Super market etc.. the Apartment was well equipped with utensil for cooking and serving food e

  Venice is a small city (for me anyway) but hard to navigate, so people will get lost (I got delightfully lost several times), but I thought Residenza La Loggia was super easy to find. With only the map provided from their website I went straight from the St. Mark's vaporetto stop (from the airport) to the B&B with no wrong turns. The distance between houses on opposite side in this area are tiny co do not expect any view from your window. If you do not mind this then Residenza la Loggia might be just the right place for your stay. The rooms and bathrooms are small but nicely decorated and are kept spotless clean just as the rest of the hotel. The father and son team who run this place are so nice and helpful that you will be p
