The service here was excellent. Welcoming drink was nice and turn down service at night was a nice surprise. Staff was very helpful and courteous and made us feel welcome and safe. First restaurant out the hotel door and to your right was excellent. Best 6 cheese pizza ever! Great staff also! We had a great trip! Location was excellent. Right off of San Marco square. - Connie

Being near the ferry, the staff at the restaurant (although the food not as good as north Italy as it obviously has to be bought in), the modernity and interior design, the grandeur of the old contrasted with the new, near the shops and important historic sites - Carolyn

Absolutely fantastic! We have enjoyed ourselves a great deal at the hotel. Perfect location, excellent staff, comfort, view, breakfast, etc. - beyond all praise! Besides, It was so nice to relax at sauna and jacuzzi after a long day of sightseeng... Our special thanks to Svetlana at the reception for her kindness and helpfullness. We loved Palace Bonvecchiati and surely would stay there again. - Svetlana

We booked Albergo Bonvecchiati but were transferred to the sister Hotel 1 min away Palazzo Bonvecchiati. This Hotel is a 4 star but was a 5 star by our standards. The staff were the best we've ever met, the hotel is brand new and modern, so beautiful and very well located. Albergo Bonvecchiati is more antique looking and seems very nice as well but we didn't get a chance to see it. Very pleased! - Anonymous

All'Angelo is a lovely place to stay whilst holidaying / conferencing in Venice. The bedroom was perfect and the meals delicious. The staff are most helpful and friendly. It is at a perfect location for all the sights; with Water Buses available within a few minutes walk if travelling further afield. - Anonymous

We found the staff extremely friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The decor in the rooms was beautiful and bordering on the luxurious. We certainly wouldn't hesitate in returning. It is a real gem! - Philip

Everything was so tasteful and beautiful,From the rooms and comunal areas, the lifts, the lighth fittings, even down to the pots that they brought you your coffee in the morning.... To me beautiful surroundings are very important and this hotel was just gorgeous. The attention to detail is amazing. Also I found the staff polite and professional again making you feel you where in safe hands. - Craig

Ideally located just meters away from la Piazza, yet very calm. Has a brand new wine bar in the neughbouring hotel, belonging to the group, and two restaurants in 20 m distance. Richly decorated, very high ceiling room and very friendly staff. - Csaba

Good location in quiet small pretty square close to St Marks Sq and gondola's. Clean, bright and nicely decorated / finished. Excellent friendly staff. Our passports were pick-pocketted when boarding passenger ferry to car park on departure - nothing to do with hotel but receptionist was most helpful with advice. Beware ferrys / pick pockets! Great hotel, lovely destination, would definitely return. - Andrew
