  This is a wonderful base of operations for exploring Florence and the surrounding area and is a fantastic choice. We were met by Gaetano, who not only came early on a Sunday to let us into the apartment per our special request after traveling all night with an infant, but also gave us a short tour of the neighborhood, pointing out the important sp... what people say » ots (places to get reasonably priced wine, grocery store, good restaurants, etc.). Not only did he orient us to the neighborhood, he then took us out - We have liked absolutely all. We were in the apartment « Belvedere » which has a little balcony with a wonderful view. The apartment is perfectly equipped and the main bed very comfortable. The folding bed (sofa) in the living room is comfortable as well, but it’s necessary to fold it every morning, or else the access to the balcony would be limited.
