The staff were friendly, helpful and honest. I accidently left my camera bag (with a lot of valuable equipment) in the lobby overnight and they had it set aside for me in the morning (with everything still in it).

  Very nice, clean, well appointed modern hotel. It was a nice surpise to see it's modern frame nestled nicely among some historic buildings in a very good central location. - It was very modern, clean and in a good location in La Spezia. The hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful with the local attractions available.
