Very nice and helpful staff. The hotel is in close proximity to La Spezia's beautiful harbor and boats to Cinque Terra and Portovenere. Also, the very nice city center is close by with excellent, inexpensive pizzerias. The hotel is an easy 15-20 min walk from the train station. convenience of location, close to ferry and shopping areas. the staff was very accommodating and extremely helpful. breakfast was great, will return to this hotel when we want to visit tuscany.would recommend without reservation.
