  Hotel Arianna was a fantastic place to stay! We were welcomed by the owner who was the most lovely,friendly and helpful lady you could ever wish for. Her husband and daughter were also equally as nice even their pet dog was great! She was a great cook as well and made some delicious cakes which added to the already very good breakfast which was on... what people say » offer. It was also a great location for exploring Florence and the surrounding area! Thanks again for your excellent hospitality and if we return to - The staff was very good. He is very nice to introduce the interesting places to me and help me print out the ticket for museum the next day with patient. What's more, because of my train late, he was waiting for me until midnight. I'm very appreciate of everything he did. The location is also very good. It's near the train station and not far away from interesting places. I slept very well that night. The room is very comfortable and clean.

  The staff at this hotel were fantastic, their knowledge of the area the time they spent with us explaining places best to visit, bus routes ,places to eat etc, were invaluable . - The location of the hotel is good, close to the city centre and the price is cheap.   The hotel is in an extremely good location--easy access to the train station and restaurants. The staff were very helpful as described in other customer comments. The hotel and its rooms are extremely safe as they are behind several entrances and on the third floor (with an elevator).   We were at the hotel Cordova from 17.04 till 20.04. I liked it very much: excellent location within a 10-minute walk from the Duomo and a 15-minute walk from the railway station, on the street Cavour surrounded by shops and restaurants. The hotel staff was very friendly, they all understand and speak English, attitude to the guests was very friend... what people say » ly and soulful. In the evening you can sit in the lobby to watch the TV and take advantage of Wi-Fi, which catches even in the rooms. The rooms are ve - I don't think it possible to have such a clean place and with all the necessary for that price, and in such a good location. The staff was friendly and the room stayed cool throughout the day and night in spite of the heat outside. The wi-fi worked well and was free. Sheets were changed and towels as well. We stayed for one week and have nothing to complain. I recommend the place to anyone searching for something simple combining extremely good place and good location within the inner city.
