  Very close to all attractions even though it is stated in a quite street which is a plus for a good night sleep. Clean room, friendly stuff and It is 10 minutes of walk from the main train station. I would like to note that the hotel is the second floor of an historical building. The rooms are spacious (We had a triple room). The lift is very small... what people say » . Not suitable for disabled people with wheelchair - Hotel was newly renovated and clean. Hotel staff were very helpful to our questions. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience not staying in a hotel chain but an actual unique hotel. It is very centrally located near the train station, all of the tourist stops, plus very near to open markets. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again if ever in Florence. - The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were modern and very clean, internet service was available, and the staff made excellent recommendations for restaurants. The location was outstanding - a block from the Duomo and other major attractions, as well as walking distance to the train station. The hotel was quiet and without street noise. Perfect for families, singles, or couples.

  The staffs are very friendly, gave us a map and point out where we should visit even without us asking. The location is excellent, just 2 minutes walk from the main train station. The room we got, room 14, was told to be the best room in the hotel, with a beautiful little balcony that over sees the beautiful Florence town. The size of the bathroom... what people say » is just nice and clean with shower door. The room has air conditioning which allow us to switch from heater and cool. It's very quiet at night. Over - We travelled as a group of 8 people. The desk personnels were very accommodating to let us get started with the complimentary breakfast earlier than their usual allowing us to get started with our Tuscan tour. The views of the two rooms facing the Doumo was breath-taking. I would go back to this hotel and recommend it.
